Where are your scrunchies made?
We are a family business proudly based in the Guildford, UK. Every scrunchie is carefully designed, cut, and handcrafted by us.
What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use a variety of different fabrics, including satins, cottons, and laces. Many of our materials are specially sourced. For a precise breakdown of the materials used in a specific scrunchie, please refer to the "Materials" section on its respective product page.
How do I care for my scrunchie?
We recommend hand-washing your scrunchies with a gentle detergent and laying them flat to air dry. Please see our detailed Care Guide for specific tips on washing and storage.
Will the elastic stretch out over time?
We use high-quality, durable elastic to ensure longevity. However, all elastic will naturally relax over time. Proper storage (avoiding overstretching) will help maintain its shape.
Why does my scrunchie look slightly different from the photos?
Because every scrunchie is meticulously handcrafted by our family team, there may be slight variations in size, stitching, or the placement of the fabric pattern compared to the product photos. These minor differences are a unique characteristic of buying handmade items and confirm that your scrunchie is truly unique!
I missed out! When will a sold-out scrunchie be restocked?
Due to our unique fabric sourcing, some of our designs are truly limited edition. If a scrunchie is listed as sold out, it means we have exhausted the current fabric batch.
Ordering, Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees vary depending on the total quantity of items in your order and your delivery address. Costs typically range from £3 to £16. You will see the precise shipping cost for your order calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address during the checkout process.
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched (typically within 3 business days), you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received these emails, please check your spam folder first! You can also log-in to your account to see your order's status.
How is my order shipped?
We ship through Royal Mail’s Tracked 48/24 service if you are local (within the UK) or International Tracked service if you are international.
Flairloom Studio is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Furthermore, please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Flairloom Studio and Royal Mail cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues or lost packages resulting from an incorrectly entered address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we assemble your scrunchie after we receive you order, standard processing time is typically 1-3 business days before shipping. We ship through Royal Mail and shipping times vary based on the distance, but usually it would be around 7-21 business days. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimated and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been handed over to our shipping provider, the arrival time is outside of our control and depends entirely on the shipping service.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number directly on the courier's website to monitor its journey. If you have any trouble tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us at support@flairloomstudio.com.

What is your return policy?
To ensure the perfect fit, we don't assemble our scrunchies until you order them. Because each piece is customized with your specific elastic core diameter preferences, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is faulty.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately at support@flairloomstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photographs of the issue.
Unused e-gift cards can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please note that once a gift card has been redeemed—even partially—it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
I need to change or cancel my order. What should I do?
