• Single-Loop Bun: Slide it directly over a bun. It offers a gentle yet secure hold that preserves your hair's natural volume without any twisting.
• Double-Wrap Ponytail: Slide it over your ponytail, then twist and wrap it a second or third time for a snug fit. This provides the extra tension needed for high ponytails or active movement.

Since every scrunchie is carefully handcrafted, standard processing time is typically 2 business days before shipping. During peak periods (such as holidays), this time may be slightly extended.

We use Royal Mail to ensure reliable delivery for all orders.

Shipping fees vary depending on the total quantity of items in your order and your delivery address. Costs typically range from £3 to £16. The precise cost will be calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address during the checkout process.

To ensure the perfect fit, we don't assemble our scrunchies until you order them! Because each piece is customized with your specific elastic core diameter preferences, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please double-check your selections before checkout!
